Brand Strategist / Creative Direction

  • Assisted in managing company marketing efforts, including oversight of the weekly email blast, youtube video posting and optimization, and social media page posting and analytics.

  • Incepted new partnership opportunities. executed successful sales pitches for brands like Sotheby's International and Giordano's Pizza, and ran strategic email campaigns for sales and marketing.

  • Built manageable workflow systems in platforms like monday.com and google drive to strengthen the organization and ensure better communication on projects.

  • Spearheaded all real estate partnership opportunities and monthly re-occurring projects, from first call to final project inception, managing over 100+ clients in the past 2 years.

2019-2020

Assistant Creative Director

  • Support the Creative Director and Chief of Marketing by taking over our real estate-related clients and 8 monthly recurring content creation clients for pre-production and creative purposes.

  • Assist with initial sales calls, creative direction, scheduling shoots, and on-site direction for all overflow clients.

  • Collaborate concepts with our marketing team to produce social media content for INDIRAP that educates, entertains, and engages across platforms.

  • Responsible for posting and reporting across all social media platforms for INDIRAP.

2018-2019

Production Assistant / Intern

  • Manage and track project timelines with the Creative Director, offering creative feedback on how to enhance a project and bring it to the next level by assisting with creative execution within pre-productions documents.

  • Dedicatedly pitch new ideas to solve business challenges, including a new workflow for our monthly reoccurring clients that is still in place today.

  • Ensure quality of Marketing and Creative briefs with the help of proofreading and in-document editing.
